It’s Christmas time… and it’s that time of year you go uh ohhh. A few too many chocolates and a few too many glasses of celebratory champagne can make you jeans feel just a little too tight. Making memories is so important, so enjoying yourself, though in moderation when it comes to food, is essential. However, we all want to up our fitness game and get rid of that extra fluff. I compiled a list of my favorite workouts that I posted on my Instagram, @catouellettefit, during 2017. Some are short and sweet. Some are long. There are also some that will make you puke. Take your pick. Use them all. Ring in 2018 with a BANG!
The Five Minute Ab Burner
