Today I want to give you a challenge that is slightly different than usual. Gratitude quotes, or affirmations, are an excellent way to start your day. I have personally been utilizing this in my own life, and have noticed that when I am consistent with it, I feel better. I have an inner peace that allows me to overcome challenges with more confidence and less stress. When I am not consistent with this, I feel a constant, nagging worry that is essentially unidentifiable because it incorporates everything. For 28 days, take a journey with me to open yourself to less stress and opportunities to reach your goals.
What to Do
In this 28 day challenge, you will wake up each morning and embrace the affirmation/quote of the day. For this to be most effective, say the phrase out loud 3 times. Then write the phrase down. Carry this paper in your pocket for the entire day, and when you get overwhelmed take it out. Read it. Feel it. Use it.
Day 1
I have all that I need to make this a great day of my life.
Day 2
I am filled with gratitude and kindness for another day on this earth.
Day 3
I am grateful for all the great health, love, and goodness that my life has revealed to me.
Day 4
My needs and desires are generously met. For this I am thankful.
Day 5
I feel an abundance of gratitude for everything I have and receive every day.
Day 6
The universe pours joy into my life every day. It has my cup overflowing with wealth, health, and love.
Day 7
I am grateful for everything I experience in this lifetime. I overcome, I grow, and I prosper all the time. My abundant blessings, as well as my difficulties, all make me better, stronger, and more alive.
Day 8
Every day there are opportunities for me.
Day 9
My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.
Day 10
I am grateful for the opportunities and power that has been and will be bestowed upon me.
Day 11
Today I am grateful for the past, the present, and the future and all that I am going to accomplish.

What to do Once You Have Completed the Challenge
Once you have finished with the gratitude quotes challenge, what should you do? How do you keep this momentum going?
You can either repeat the challenge as many times are you want, or you can find a morning affirmation each morning that resonates with you and your goals.
Whatever you do, don’t stop. Keep that momentum rolling!
